Is weed legal in Meridian?

Unfortunately, weed is not legal in Idaho, including Meridian. That being said, residents of Idaho are more than welcome to purchase weed legally in Oregon. You aren’t permitted to carry cannabis across state lines, however, as doing so is still a federal crime across the United States. If you make a purchase at Treasure Valley, it’s a good idea to stay overnight while you enjoy your purchases (keep reading for a list of our favorite AirBnBs in the area).
